During the Municipal Council, the majority officially presented its General Policy Statement for the 2024-2030 term. This document constitutes the foundation of the ambitions and commitments made by the City of Fleurus for the coming years, with the central objective of improving the quality of life of citizens while ensuring a harmonious and sustainable development of our territory.
Structured around major themes essential to municipal life – citizen participation, housing, mobility, culture, environment, economy, education, social cohesion and welfarebe – this declaration outlines the guidelines for public actions that will be implemented over the course of the term.
In an inclusive and participatory approach, the City of Fleurus reaffirms its commitment to fully involve citizens in the decisions that shape their daily lives. Transparency, consultation and modernisation of public services are at the heart of this vision.

This General Policy Statement constitutes the basis of the Transversal Strategic Plan, which will be developed in consultation with all municipal services to ensure effective implementation and adapted to the needs of the population.
