
Composed of a few, the village of Brye has kept its rural appearance and is inhabited by 373 Brayards.
More than a millennium, this village is distinguished by its pilgrimage of Sainte-Adèle, renowned for relieving all the affections of sight. This pilgrimage is undoubtedly one of the oldest in the entity since since 1784, takes place every year, at least a procession.
The Sainte-Adèle Chapel was built in the 18th century near the so-called “miraculous” spring, which would have the virtue of curing eye diseases.
